A letter was sent home in Thursday folders on Thursday, August 6th about SLO testing in grades K-4th. If you missed the information, then you can read the letter for your child's grade level below.

Mark Your Calendars!

It is almost time for the 2015-2016 school year to begin! Here are the important dates to add to your calendars:

Postcards with the class assignments will be mailed on Monday, July 27, 2015. If you have not recieved your postcard by Wednesday afternoon, please call the school at 68-594-8071. 

NEW THIS YEAR: Parents of kindergarteners and fifth graders are invited to Parent Meetings on Thursday, July 30, 2015 at 6:30 p.m. to learn about the exciting events for the upcoming school year. 

Meet and Greet will be on Friday, July 31, 2015 between 8:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. Students can stop by with their parents to meet their teacher, see their classroom and sign up for after school clubs. Transportation information, cafeteria information, After School Program (ASP) information, and more will be available. The PTA and Foundation will also have opportunities for you to show your Pioneer Pride!

School begins at 7:50 a.m. on Monday, August 3!

Parents of first, second, third, and fourth grade students are invited to a PTA meeting and Parent Meetings on Thursday, August 13, 2015 at 6:30 p.m.

July 30: Parent meetings for all 5th grade and kindergarten parents 6:30 p.m.

July 31: Meet and Greet between 8:30 - 10:30 a.m.

August 3: First Day of school!  

August 13: PTA Meeting and Open House for 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th grade parents, 6:30 p.m.

Garden Angels

Thank you to the wonderful garden angel families who are taking such good care of the gardens throughout our grounds! I know the students are enjoying the opportunity to plant, weed, and harvest with their families!

Parent Meetings

Parent meetings for incoming kindergarteners and fifth graders will be on Thursday, July 30 at 6:30 p.m. Come learn about the exciting things that happen in kindergarten and fifth grade. These meetings will take the place of Open House for kindergarten and fifth grade. Parents only are invited, and unfortunately babysitting will not be available for this evening.

Summer Office Hours

Beginning the week of Monday, June 1, 2015 and ending Friday, July 25, all CCSD Central and School Offices will be open Monday through Thursday from 7:30AM to 5PM; all offices will be closed on Friday.
